Plans are priced per user per month after a short assessment, with a one-time onboarding fee that covers documentation and clean-up. Month to month after the first 90 days; no auto-renewing multi-year contracts. Co-managed arrangements (we back up your in-house IT person) are quoted the same way.

Services

Available inside a managed plan or as standalone projects.

Who we work with

Organizations of 3 to 150 people that can't afford a bad week, and don't have anyone whose whole job is IT.

Professional services

Law, accounting, engineering and consulting firms where client confidentiality and billable hours both depend on systems working.

Healthcare and dental

Practices that need HIPAA-sensible controls, reliable practice-management systems and a help desk that understands exam-room urgency.

Defense and government contractors

CMMC readiness, GCC High migrations and the documentation to prove it.

Construction and trades

Offices plus a mobile workforce: tablets in trucks, job-site connectivity, estimating software that has to be up on bid day.

Nonprofits

Donated and discounted licensing, volunteer onboarding, and security that fits a small budget.

More on each industry

How onboarding works

The first 30 days with a new managed client, in four steps. The same shape applies to one-off projects, compressed.

  1. Assessment

We inventory everything — devices, accounts, network, backups, vendors — and tell you what we found in plain language, with risks ranked.

  2. Stabilize

Agents deployed, patching running, MFA on, backups verified, passwords in a manager. The quick wins that remove most of the risk.

  3. Document

Diagrams, credentials, runbooks and vendor contacts in your portal. If we vanished tomorrow, the next provider could pick it up.

  4. Run and review

Help desk live, monitoring watching, monthly report in your inbox, quarterly review of what to fix next and what it costs.

Recent work

Why a lab, not a typical MSP

You talk to the engineer

No account manager relaying messages, no tier-one script. The person who scopes the work is the one who does it and the one you call when it breaks.

We run what we recommend

Our own mail, chat, monitoring, SIEM and firewall tooling runs on the same stack we deploy for clients. If it's fragile, we've already found out.

No vendor quotas

Self-hosted, cloud or hybrid — you get the option that costs less over five years, with the trade-offs written down.

Documentation is the deliverable

Passwords in a manager you own, diagrams you can read, runbooks a stranger could follow.

Ready for an assessment?

A few lines about your organization and what's bothering you is enough to start. The assessment is free for organizations of 10 or more.
